Let us be your guide
Mindfulness begins with meditation, exactly what we teach. Our clients develop a sustainable insight mindfulness meditation practice, minus apps, music or mantras. We promise that after you take our basic eight-session program you will be calmer, more focused, and able to handle life’s challenges.
Each week we meet for 50 minutes, where you will learn the basics of unguided meditation, plus a plethora of techniques to make your daily meditation meaningful. That daily meditation provides the foundation to bring mindfulness into all aspects of your life, from the minute you rise until your head hits the pillow at night.
We also delve into why meditation works, and explain some of the latest scientific research in language you can easily understand.

What we are not
• A drop-in meditation group.
• We do not talk through our meditations. We let you focus on your breathing and notice your own thoughts.

We teach all ages, beginning around age 10, in individual, group and corporate settings. We tailor-make our sessions to meet our client’s needs and address many issues, including:
