Individual/group sessions
Mindful meditation
We offer sessions to either individuals or groups, in weekly sessions each lasting 50 minutes. We work in blocks of eight weeks, the perfect time to build a sustainable, daily meditation practice that can change your life forever. We start slowly, usually with a 5-minute meditation, but within a few weeks our clients are able to meditate for 20 minutes a day, the time researchers say it takes to change behaviors and increase your brain power.
We also offer introductory sessions for anyone who wants to try meditation. Or, we have packages available for longer periods of time.
We are flexible and can structure a package to meet your needs.

Mindful eating
Our basic mindful eating course lasts nine weeks. Researchers have found that it takes 66 days to form a habit, and we all know that changing our eating patterns is all about changing our behavioral patterns.
If you have not reached your desired goals when the eight weeks have ended, you can choose to continue your sessions. We can structure your sessions to meet your needs.
With our approach you will change the way you forever look at food. And you will learn a lot about yourself in the process. You will learn how to love yourself, and forgive yourself for gaining weight.
How you eat will change drastically. You will learn the principles of mindful eating, you will learn how an easy daily meditation will enable you to shut off the voices in your head, and once you reach the goal weight, you will be calm knowing the weight will not return, as long as you continue to practice the principles of mindful eating.
Mindful eating is a gift that last a lifetime and will transform how you live every aspect of your life.
