We work:

- and video conferencing through Zoom.
Time frame:
We work in eight-week blocks, the time it takes to embrace new habits and change established patterns of behavior.
We also offer introductory sessions for anyone who wants to find out more information about insight mindful meditation or the Am I Hungry? program.
We are flexible and can structure a package to meet your needs.

Google has taught hundreds of its employees mindful meditation, and in many cases, meetings do not begin until participants have taken a few minutes to meditate. The result? Our 50-minute sessions are easily incorporated into a business environment, before or after work, during lunch or at a time convenient for the company. We offer sessions for up to 20 participants. We are flexible and can structure a package to meet your needs.

Am I Hungry?
We looked long and hard to find a mindful eating program that was more than simply telling you to eat at a table, slowly, chew each bite until liquid and eat on small plates.
Enter Am I Hungry?, which gets to the root of why you eat. Once you understand the why, you can then make permanent changes that will help you make peace with food while boosting your self-confidence. And that leads to healing
