Meditation does not immediately fix the problems that have been plaguing you sometimes for years. It takes time to change, but if you meditate daily, over the course of a few weeks, you will gradually begin to see change.
Meditation is called a practice for a good reason. It is the daily practice, sitting at least 20 minutes, that will begin to change, build and strengthen your brain. And with these brain changes come relief from some of the issues we all face, caused by the stress we all face daily.
